General Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only. If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer may, at their discretion, repair, refinish, or replace the faulty item.
If the original model or colour is no longer available, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute the item with a similar product. Any replacement applies to the faulty item only and not to an entire set. Repairs, refinishing, or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
In the event of a claim, the customer is responsible for returning the item to the original place of purchase, along with a copy of the receipt.
The warranty excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use, and damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable care, maintenance, or assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware.
Where a product is not covered by a specific limited warranty, a standard 12-month warranty will apply.
